There are many “Employer of Choice” awards that an organization can choose to apply for in order to stand out and attract top talent, but the Well Workplace Award sets a new standard for what it means to be human at work by recognizing organizations that are contributing to human flourishing and thriving through their wellness efforts.

Since WELCOA’s inception in 1987, we have been dedicated to studying and promoting the efforts of America’s Healthiest Companies.
