About the Account Manager role:

Spire’s Account Manager is focused on providing our clients with a delightful experience and an incredibly smooth and successful program – from initial information gathering to program plan development to implementation to launch to ongoing program management to renewal.

The Account Manager will work closely with the Business Development and Member Engagement teams to: 1) Meet with clients to identify objectives; 2) Deepen and develop client relationships over the course of a contract; 3) Develop program launch and engagement plans; 4) Provide clients with timelines, materials and other relevant deliverables; 5) Coordinate all aspects of program implementation; 6) Provide in-depth analysis and ongoing solutions for clients; 7) Gather client feedback to assist Spire’s business and product teams in forwarding the innovation cycle; and 8) Remain up-to-date on new Spire content and features so as to regularly provide clients with new ideas and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Several years of experience in client management (preferred)
  • Preferred experience in enterprise technology or healthcare arenas
  • Ability to oversee multiple Account Support staff and provide clear direction
  • Capable of handling multiple projects at once and being willing/able to fill other roles as needed
  • Excellent listener and problem solver
  • Well-organized and able to manage complex, multifaceted projects
  • Adept at understanding other people, behaving diplomatically in all situations, and guiding both clients and colleagues towards decisions
