We are hiring for our True REST Cary, NC location! We are looking for a talented individual to help us launch and grow this new and exciting business. Our ideal candidate is personable, a self-starter, ambitious, & reliable.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling & HR decisions for your team of float consultants
• Ability & experience to sell memberships and gift cards.
• Business development and customer retention
• Lead daily managing operations and cover shifts in the spa
• Cleaning and maintaining spa to the highest of standards
• Computer skills & light bookkeeping
• Creating an upscale, customer-focused environment
• Creating an enjoyable work environment for your team
• Generate local partnerships with businesses for cross-advertising

Preferences:

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
• Experience working in a fitness studio or spa setting
