Builds national market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships together with the senior management. Manages inside sales, proposal preparations, and internal and external marketing strategies

Priority of Duties

  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential customers and partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Works with Aquila on new leads generation, sales cycle, contacts & meets potential customers and prepares proposals
  • Develops national strategic market directions
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials or evaluating options
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales/business development experience in health, fitness and/or wellness or allied industries.
  • B.S. in Business, Marketing preferred
  • Social media guru, having proficiency using Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism
  • Customer service oriented
  • Modern principles and practices of organization,administration, budget, and management
  • Acts with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication, organizational and management skills
  • Detail oriented, punctual and motivating
