Client Engagement Coordinator – Baptist Health- Jacksonville, FL
This role has significant strategic client-facing responsibilities. The Client Engagement Coordinator oversees the development, delivery and evaluation of PATH wellness programs for our employer client base. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day coordination and strategic leadership for assigned accounts.
The Client Engagement Coordinators’ main objectives are:
– Identify the company’s greatest health and wellness opportunities
– Engage participants (employees) in programs and events
– Evaluate program effectiveness and utilize data to plan new initiatives to support the company’s health and wellness goals
Ideal candidates possess strong communication and presentation skills that can be delivered across a variety of audiences. This position reports to the Sr. Client Engagement Specialist and must be willing to work in a matrix management environment to meet client needs. To succeed in this role, one must be highly organized, able to follow established procedures and protocols and able to perform multiple tasks for different accounts. This role administers daily account activities and works with leadership to improve and grow account relationships, services and retention. The Client Engagement Coordinator drives growth for PATH by being a part of the Account Management team.
Looking for a specific skill set for this position – Previous workplace wellness/health experience highly preferred, previous sales/account management experience, broker/health insurance background preferred, comfortable with public speaking.
