Dedicated Health Engagement Well-being Coordinator

Role Summary

The Well-being Coordinator will work collaboratively as part of the Cigna account management team and supported by a broader health engagement team in developing short and long term wellbeing strategies to support a large multi-site client’s culture of wellbeing and engagement goals. The Well-being Coordinator will be dedicated to one Cigna account, with primary responsibilities for support and development of client-level health promotion strategies that influence the organization’s overall wellbeing strategy to drive engagement and adoption of healthy behaviors.  This role is expected to be at client sites multiple days per week.

 

General Responsibilities

  • Partner and collaborate with Cigna account team, client, and vendor partners to develop a client wellbeing strategy

  • Consult with account team and client on best practices to develop infrastructure to support a culture of wellbeing

  • Collaborate with client to develop, build, engage and provide ongoing support for client wellbeing champion networks and/or well-being committees

  • Identify ways to embed wellbeing into client environments

  • Partner to develop a holistic wellbeing communication strategy

  • Support development and deployment of wellbeing communications, campaigns, challenges, and activities

  • Provide leadership for wellbeing communication strategies

  • Collaborate with client vendor partners to support a cohesive wellbeing communication strategy

  • Partner with internal and external partners to review key analytics and provide insights into population health and strategy opportunities.

  • Provide guidance on existing and emerging industry health promotion/wellbeing trends

  • Understand organizational trends and opportunities and leverage available data sets to drive innovative population health strategies

  • Partner with client to provide wellbeing support, programs, and decisions

  • Coordinate wellbeing events, challenges, and campaigns

  • Support wellbeing events/fairs, biometric events, etc.

  • Coordinate and/or provide delivery of wellbeing seminars/webinars

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in health and wellbeing field

  • Client-facing experience, with public sector K-12 experience preferred

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) strongly preferred

  • Industry certification such as CHES, Chapman, WELCOA, or worksite wellbeing programs preferred

  • Experience working with large, multi-site employers

  • Experience with workplace wellbeing strategy and implementation

  • Experience working with multiple vendor partners

  • Experience working with benefits, wellbeing and health data to identify trends and risks, develop activities to address employee needs, and evaluate impact of strategy design.

  • Self-directed and the ability to succeed in an independent role

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Strong presentation skills
