Director of Well-Being

The Director of Well-Being supports the ministries of Sky Ranch and helps exceed guest expectations through oversight of the health and wellness of Sky Ranch campers and guests at all locations. This position focuses on the health of all guests from a holistic perspective. This includes management of the health care and nutritional services provided by on-site health center and food service staff at each location.

Qualified candidates should possess the following: Be a committed believer in Jesus Christ, active in a local church.  In-depth understanding of the field of nutrition and/or health care, generally acquired through a Bachelor of Science degree and a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, including at least one year in a management role. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Able to take initiative and exercise effective independent thinking. Able to develop positive relationships with co-workers, staff and customers. Able to work in a fast paced environment, and adapt to unexpected changes while remaining calm and professional. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic internet and social media skills required. Ability to learn software for managing guest and staff health information. Ability to manage and develop staff. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills, with basic proficiency with the English language. Ability to travel by car. Hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some evenings and weekends. Must be able to work weekends during summer months. Must be able to work occasional overtime as needed.
