Position Overview
The University of Wisconsin-Madison (UW) Office of Human Resources (OHR) is currently searching for a Health Equity & Well-being Manager. This position is responsible for providing consultation, convening stakeholders, assessing needs, and identifying gaps to guide/lead the campus employee well-being strategy to enhance the health outcomes, experiences and well-being of UW-Madison employees through population-level and public health approaches.
This position is located in our new Equity, Inclusion and Employee Well-being unit within OHR. We are looking for applicants who have experiences and background in the following areas:
· Experience leading health equity, population health, health promotion and/or employee and workplace well-being efforts
· Experience collaborating and working with multiple, diverse stakeholders and sustaining partnerships
· Knowledge of and experience operationalizing policy, system and environment approaches
· Demonstrated experience in prioritizing equity in their previous/current work and practice

Qualified candidates will have 3 – 5 years of experience related to population health, health promotion, health equity, and employee and/or workplace well-being.

This position is located in Madison, Wisconsin, and will be expected to work both on-site and remote until normal operations resume.
