Health Promotion Manager

Health Designs is a leader in workplace wellness with a focus on improving employee engagement, productivity and culture. We specialize in wellness assessments, biometric screenings, face to face health coaching, consulting, custom programs and data management. We are seeking a standout professional in corporate health promotion to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees all aspects of health promotion services for client companies that fosters high engagement, meaningful experience and positive outcomes
• Coordinates communications for assessments, screenings and programs
• Provides best practice, consulting and guidance
• Manages key data for client companies
• Assists with recruiting and developing new team members
• Perform biometric screenings integrated with Intrinsic Coaching
• Facilitates/Coordinates workshops that support well-being
• Creates custom health promotion programs
• Fosters long-term relationships with our clients and strategic partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in health promotion, exercise science, nursing, sports medicine or health-related discipline at a minimum
• 3-5 years experience in corporate health, managing a health and well-being initiative
• Experience with incentive reporting, data management, tracking and evaluation
• CHES certified and/or coaching certification preferred
• Experience measuring biometrics (manual blood pressure, finger stick, glucose) a plus
• Skillful (understanding) in using coaching methodology to support behavior change
• Practiced presenter of wellness workshops to groups and enjoys doing so
• Expert communication and interpersonal skills
• Competent with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
