Marketing Manager – Music for Wellness
Overview:
Cutting Edge Group is a leading independent music company focused on recorded music, publishing and live events in select niche music verticals. The Group recently acquired Real Music, a well established record label and publishing company that specialises in music for relaxation, meditation and sleep. The label is home to a number of leading international, award winning, recording artists and composers.
Role:
We have the ambition to build Real Music into the leading music company and strategic music partner to the Mindfulness consumer and the ancillary companies that operate in the space. We are looking for a marketing manager who can bridge the gap between Real Music and the Consumer by delivering best-in-class content and marketing solutions through direct and partner channels. Our priority is to build a community of fans who will interact with the label and each other, share their stories of how they discovered the music and how it has affected them, and engage with the companies & ambassadors who support our brand. The right candidate will be competent in managing brand messaging across audio, visual, social and partnership platforms.
Qualifications:
Previous employment or an avid interest in the Health & Wellness industry
Track record of strong leadership and a collaborative mindset
Experience using traditional and digital/social platforms to communicate to targeted demographics
Prior end-to-end experience of the marketing process from initial briefing through to execution
Portfolio of strong consumer marketing campaigns resulting in customer acquisition and business partnerships
