Member Services Specialist



This position will provide highly competent administrative support for WELCOA’s network of members and include a variety of independent assignments, special projects and general office support. Incumbent will represent WELCOA in a professional manner at all times.


  • Responsible for all administrative support functions including proactively managing sensitive & complex schedules & maintenance of records & files.
  • Answer WELCOA’s main phone line and provide excellent customer service.
  • Invoice product and membership orders as they come in.
  • Produce daily activity reports as assigned.
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information that pertains to client issues.
  • Responsible for all other work as determined by management.

  • 3 years progressive administrative experience required.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with expertise on PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Must possess independent working skills.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
