Onsite Health Coach/Promotions Specialist

BHS is seeking a passionate and engaging health/wellness coach for an onsite corporate wellness opportunity. This is a contractual role consisting of 4-8 hours per week. Our customer has two locations, Reston and Manassas, each with 4 hours of onsite services per week. Ideally we are looking for one person to fulfill both locations.

As an Onsite Health Coach/Promotions Specialist you will have a unique opportunity to connect with and impact participants in their workplace. Specific duties include:

• Provide individual health coaching sessions and ongoing follow up to ensure clients achieve their goals
• Plan and faciliate a calendar of weekly group activities utilizing BHS\’ catalog of materials and content
• Engage participants in the wellness program and educate them about wellness resources offered by their employer
• Document individual progress towards goals and participation in group activities

Qualifications:

• Experience in health/wellness coaching required
• Certification as a coach, personal trainer, nutritionist or other wellness credential preferred
• Group facilitation skills
• Energetic, enthusiastic and able to quickly develop rapport with clients
• Corporate wellness experience preferred
