Onsite Health Engagement Nurse

This is a field-based position with UnitedHealthcare and dedicated to Washington University in St. Louis, MO. It is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to work with the University’s employee and dependent population to promote engagement in clinical, behavioral health and disease management programs and help improve the member’s healthcare experience through better healthcare decisions.  The ideal candidate will have experience providing health education, disease management and condition management guidance on an individual and group level. The nurse liaison will help empower members to make better healthcare decisions and connect them with the appropriate resources. Candidate will utilize analytic data to improve employee engagement, affordability and decision making to help deliver high impact results. This position focuses on health education, behavior modification, health care consumerism with UnitedHealthcare and Optum Health services, as well as, support engagement in the Washington University wellness program and the WUCare Network of providers.
