Integrated Health 21 (IH21) is a leading provider of worksite screenings and vaccinations clinics across the continental United States. This position supports the Account Executives to ensure all events are executed in an efficient manner, while exceeding the client’s expectations. The position is responsible for the timely and accurate front-end setup of all screening events including coordination with business partners and labs as needed, as well as preparation of materials needed.  


  • Assist Account Executives throughout the renewal and new enrollment process by completing all the behind-the-scenes client programming, which includes biometric screening events, health coaching, wellness dashboard duties to ensure a positive event experience for the client’s employees.
  • Correspond with client contract throughout the process to confirm number of participants, shifts, days and/or times in a professional manner to provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Collaborate with Account Executive, Staffing, Shipping and IH21 leadership throughout the process with professionalism to do everything necessary to create a successful event. If necessary, contact partner vendors for assistance with covering events.
  • Setup event dates and times; create work order supplies and follow-up on delivery until they arrive at event sites. Keep clients informed via proposal emails and pre-event templated emails.
  • Set up Lab Orders including off-site lab options and order lab supplies. (AE vs AC)
  • Set up charts for specific screening events. Monitor and upload PDRs and Vouchers to event management system.
  • Coordinate staffing needs with Account Executives(s) to ensure appropriate coverage of events. 
  • Prepare and maintain registration information to include implementation and testing of EMS system.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain Account Implementation Log.
  • Monitor and upload PDRs and Vouchers to ensure receipt from clients.
  • Conduct weekly check of fact sheets to ensure all information is accurate for following week events.
  • Manage task list on “Client Confirmations” and provide regular status reports regarding progress for all project areas.
  • Maintain/monitor preregistration for each client and all events.
  • Issue surveys and convey results or concerns to Account Executives, IH21 leadership, and partner vendors.
  • Follows all standard operating procedures regarding Protected Health Information in compliance with all HIPAA and SOC II regulations.
  • Sustain self-motivation and resourcefulness; adopt a sense of urgency when necessary.
  • This position will participate in after-hours call rotation.


  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field preferred, or work experience equivalent
  • 2+ years of related industry related experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail along with the ability to effectively prioritize work demands and project coordination.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity.
