Integrated Health 21 (IH21) is a leading provider of worksite screenings and vaccinations clinics across the continential United States.  Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with offices in Elmsford and Syracuse, New York and Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  IH21 partners with insurance companies, insurance brokers, and employer groups to customize health and wellness programs with the goal of improving the overall health for their employees and insured.

This position will create strong relationships and build trust amongst clients, brokers, leadership and key stakeholder within each account to ensure client contracts are fufilled to satisfaction.  In addition, this position is responsible to maintain client revenue base by managing account retentions and renewals, as well as drive revenue through increased service adoption.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work stragetically with clients and broker partners to help develop and enhance company wellness offerings and solutions.
  • Strategize with various departments to ensure screening events, health coaching, report delivery timeliness and expecations of the client are achieved.
  • Conduct meetings and phone calls with client and broker contacts to ensure programs are compliant with industry regulations.
  • Organize and manage timelines for multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Lead and manage the client renewal process from start to finish, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Oversee all client programmng, which includes biometric screening events, health coaching, wellness dashboard, and wellness presentations.
  • Ensure client information is updated in IH21’s internal client management systems.
  • Effectively communicate to clients and bokers the ROI/VOI of their business through client-focused analytical data reviews and report delivery presentations.
  • Provide frequent status and/or qualification reporting per cient requests and deadlines.
  • Implement the wellness dashboard and work strategically with client accounts for set-up and delivery of personalized wellness programming and services.
  • Respond immediately to all client concerns and incidents.  Immedately investigate the situation, while engaging senior and clinical management teams.  Document findings and update accordingly.
  • Follows all standard operating procedures regarding protected health information in compliance with HIPAA and SOC II regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, health promotion or related field, Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of related health and wellness industry experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Oultook and Teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail along with the ability to effectively prioritize work demands and project coordination.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity.
