Wellness Coordinator #20487

Primary point of contact for MU, MUHC, System and Extension employees for Wellness programs and resources. Responsible for developing and implementing employee wellness programs in the Columbia area for University of Missouri Employees including MU, MUHC and System.
Coordination all campus events to support employee health and wellbeing: flu clinics, physical activity challenges, classes, health fairs, New Employee Orientations and others as necessary. Collaborate with the Healthy for Life team to identify needs and programs to be implemented across the entire system.

Build relationships with community organizations, campus departments, leadership groups and staff councils that foster the Culture of Health. Give presentations regarding employee wellbeing and the Healthy for Life program to departments and groups on campus.  Assist employees one-on-one to identify programs and resources to meet their needs. Communicate program information to employees via email, verbally and online. Create and update promotional materials as needed.
