After a two-week onsite training, this job is remote. However there will be a need to be onsite on occasion. The position is with Target Health, the associate wellness department (not Employee Health as listed).
Support the development and delivery of high quality, cost effective onsite health and wellness programs for St. Elizabeth employees. Must have a passion for impacting and improving the health and well-being of worksite populations and lowering the health care costs of these groups. This individual is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating wellness program activities.
May function as an onsite wellness specialist for St. Elizabeth employees or have an assigned program or event. Responsible for and accountable for key outcomes/deliverables, including, but not limited to administrative program planning, program delivery and customer service. Personally, conducts health education and health coaching.
