The Opportunity:
The Work-Life Coordinator serves as a core member of the Staff Care Services/USAID Staff Care Service Center team.
This role can be based in Washington, D.C. or remotely within the United States and will operate during Eastern Standard business hours. The Work-Life Coordinator will:
- Manage Work-Life Program operations and activities to connect employees and their families to resources and services that meet their specific needs.
- Participate in Service Center tours, Program presentations, brown bags and open house activities.
- Travel locally and internationally in support of field engagements as necessary.
- Track, store and coordinate movement of supplies and equipment.
- Provide general administrative support to the Staff Care Center.
- Perform other activities as assigned.
The Qualified Candidate Will Possess:
- 8 years of relevant experience.
- A BA/BS in Health Promotion, Health and Wellness Management, Health Education or a related field
- Experience working with international organizations and/or government agencies
- Experience working with technology and platforms remotely (i.e. Google, blue Jeans, Zoom)
Top Contenders Will Possess:
- A MA/MS degree in a relevant field
- Experience creating content for and facilitating webinars
- Knowledge or experience with USAID
