What Are You Drinking Quiz

Most Americans drink an enormous amount of liquid sugar calories—on average, 300 calories a day! That’s the equivalent of approximately 18 teaspoons of sugar every day! Help your employees monitor how much liquid sugar they consume. Post the sugar content of some of the most popular beverages around and create posters that send the message “choose your beverages wisely” to help them avoid unnecessary calories.
