WELCOA’s National Wellness Compensation Survey (NWCS) conducted in 2012 is believed to be the first-ever compensation survey conducted on a cross-section of worksite wellness and affiliated health management personnel. WELCOA’s 2022 National Wellness Compensation Survey shines a light on the key demographic, occupational, financial, worksite health management, professional development, and quality of life insights reported by survey respondents.
