Demonstrates commitment to workplace wellness. This certification gives you the tools, knowledge and critical competencies to manage, plan, design and implement and measure workplace wellness programs. Choose from a variety of Workplace Wellness Certifications, Nutrition Certifications, Stress-Management Certifications and Fitness Certifications.
REQUIREMENTS: Completion of one WELCOA Certificate Course.
Demonstrates exceptional commitment and dedication to pursuing excellence in workplace wellness. WELCOA Faculty Members are poised to address a higher level of challenges faced in today’s organizations: containing health care costs, improving productivity within healthy employees, reducing the costs of injury on the job and engaging employees in long-term well-being.
REQUIREMENTS: Completion of four WELCOA Certificate Courses (approximately 24 hours of on-going training within a 2 year period).
To earn WELCOA Faculty status, Members must complete four WELCOA Certificate Courses on the WELCOA Institute. Alternatively, a Current Events Certification is awarded for every four non-Certificate Courses completed. WELCOA Faculty must complete at least one additional Certificate Course every two years and be an active WELCOA Member in good standing to maintain Certified Faculty Status.

The purpose of WELCOA’s assessment-based certificate program is to build professional capacity and recognition of instruction and training in worksite wellness. Through WELCOA’s webinars and certificate courses, participants acquire specific knowledge, skills and competencies. Mastery of learning objectives is assessed. Training does not expire and acronyms are not provided for use after name. Longer courses may be referred to as a certification course on occasion, however, the participant is awarded a certificate of completion.
