Alyfe Wellbeing Strategies

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Alyfe is seeking a passionate Account Manager who actively engages and partners with our clients to ensure long term success and retention. Account Managers will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your book of business, and connecting with primary key business stakeholders. You will act as a liaison among your clients, Alyfe Senior Management, and all internal Alyfe departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of our products and services according to the client’s needs. Account Managers are responsible for the oversight of multiple corporate wellbeing accounts and will work directly with clients to develop and implement a year long health and wellbeing strategy with programs including but not limited to on-site programming, wellbeing challenges, oversight of wellbeing coaching, online portal, screenings, etc. They work in tandem with the Implementation team.

The primary responsibility of the Account Manager other than the retention of client relationship and revenue is to provide strategic oversight and guidance to the client’s wellbeing programs contracted through Alyfe. Alyfe expects this to be accomplished via best in class knowledge of the wellbeing industry, continuous education, and exceptional client management skills. The innate ability to assess client’s needs and provide them with solutions to prove return on investment is critical to this role; all while building an extremely strong, and trusting relationship with multiple stakeholder’s throughout the client’s organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Duties are determined by contract and Statement of Work and may include, but are not limited to:

  • Function as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your client’s
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Alyfe solutions according to client requirements with implementation team
  • Assist with service or product requests or issue escalations as needed Responsible for the oversight of wellbeing programs for the assigned book of business. Build strong client relationships.
  • Leading or participating in internal meetings and client meetings. Being responsible for presenting client with strategic data to influence and guide client to achieve the next level for their wellbeing program, detailed meeting notes documentation, action item management, agenda and any other meeting deliverables.
  • Driving outcomes. Assisting in guiding clients to making timely decisions for their program in order for it to be successful.
  • Developing and presenting client reports; making recommendations on next steps for possible program changes.
  • Developing and managing incentives (participation and outcomes) via portal.
  • Creating a culture of health, increasing awareness and engagement in company-wide health management programs. Help create content needed for Alyfe Wellbeing communications department
  • Providing customized support to designated locations/business units
  • Partner with implementation team to drive wellbeing program strategy and innovation; ensure that programming is consistent with established wellbeing goals
  • Creating and providing direction/support to wellbeing champion networks (as needed)
  • Establishing relationships and buy-in from key stakeholders
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on health & wellbeing and behavior change topics; consulting on Company’s established strategic wellbeing initiatives with internal and external partners
  • Utilizing data to support recommendations for new health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Developing customized best-practices report and action plan for each client
  • Responsible for day-to-day delivery of established programs with direction from client and Supervisor
  • Coordinating with client and implementation team on logistics for implementing company-wide campaigns, screenings, challenges, campaigns, programs, promotion, events, etc.
  • Evaluating and improving upon company policies (e.g. smoking, cafeteria, vending)
  • Assisting with program promotion, including development and distribution of promotional materials
  • Developing and facilitating educational programs (i.e. courses, workshops, special events, and interactive booths)
  • Collaborating with onsite HR/Benefit teams and other Client/Company departments (as applicable)
  • Developing and maintaining files of community resources and health content for augmenting program delivery when necessary
  • Client satisfaction and retention
  • Promote best-practice, culturally appropriate, targeted interventions for specific populations mutually with client stakeholders
  • Coordinate on-site wellbeing events, possible health coaching, portal management, assist with wellbeing champion meetings, assist with creating communication content, attend webinars and conference calls as needed
  • Possible travel to/from client sites in various locations as needed and up to two to three times per month
  • Provide recommended guidelines and resources specific to HITECH, ERISA, DOL, PPACA and HIPAA regulations
  • Identify and address gaps and opportunities within assigned service(s) and product(s).
  • Support operational aspects of Alyfe to meet the organization’s customer requirements and satisfaction
  • Recognize repeated market needs that current products and capabilities do not meet, and make recommendations
  • Translate client requests, high-level value propositions, or highly customized service designs into standard, repeatable offerings
  • Keep up-to-date with changing technologies and new theories of health
  • Current knowledge of specific lifestyle related topics such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, weight management, metabolic syndrome, depression, tobacco addiction, nutrition, exercise planning, etc.
  • Additional projects and process development as needed

ATTRIBUTES TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Proven strategic account management of a book of business
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence among various levels of the client’s organization
  • Extremely strong attention to detail
  • Motivated, self-starter that does not require formal direction
  • The ability to critically review, assess, and institute improved methodologies to account management processes.
  • Strong prioritization skills; the ability to constantly reassess demanding deadlines both internally and externally
  • Ability to coordinate balancing meeting client’s needs with internal restraints
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills; strong negotiation and presentation background

SCHEDULE:

  • Full-time position
  • Days and hours of work are Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Some work required outside of these hours, as determined by contract & management
  • Travel to client locations as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS in Health Promotion, Exercise Science, Dietetics, Nursing or other health-related field
  • Must be able to multi-task and lead cross-functional teams. Strong critical thinking skills
  • Must possess solid communication skills, people management skills and project methodology skills.
  • Must be able to perform assigned work, meet deadlines, and interpret and ensure constant application of organizational policies
  • Proven flexibility and adaptability to changing client, program, and account needs, as well as individual communication styles
  • Excellent confident communication/people skills with all levels of staff including senior management
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and take action on program reports and metrics. A record of generating ideas, proposing and implementing creative solutions and showing results
  • Comprehensive knowledge of population health/corporate wellbeing program design and implementation including but not limited to compliance, regulation and incentive design
  • Ability to evaluate critical data as it relates to program effectiveness, including but not limited to biometrics, claims and additional health analytics.
  • Competency in managing contractual and financial skills necessary for oversight of program management
  • Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s in Public Health or related Population Health field
  • 3+ years proven experience as a program manager in the wellbeing industry
  • Portfolio of project management including but not limited to participation and outcomes-based wellbeing programs
  • CHES, CCP or related certifications
  • Incentive management and knowledge of employee benefits
