The Opportunity

Xivic is seeking experienced, confident, and motivated Brand Ambassadors with strong digital acumen to join our team. They will be the face of the agency and will leverage existing relationships to market the agency through grassroots efforts. In addition, the Brand Ambassador will be responsible for creating content, networking with potential clients, and building Xivic’s prominence in the health, wellness and fitness industries. 

This ideal candidate will be resourceful, driven, and passionate with an entrepreneurial spirit. They have 1+ years of experience being a Brand Ambassador and growing target audiences through various channels. With strong communication and analytical skills, they are able to craft a story on why Xivic is a leader in digital innovation to land new clients.

This is a part-time remote role based in Southern California with 15 to 20 working hours per week. The rate for this position is $20 per hour. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Brand Representation: embody the agency’s values, ethics, and personality – act as the human face of the brand, making it more relatable to our target audience, health, wellness and fitness industries
  • Content Creation: create engaging content that promotes our services from social media posts to blog articles, videos, or testimonials that highlight the benefits of choosing our agency
  • Social Media Influence: engage audiences with our brand’s content, increasing reach and potentially driving more business to the agency
  • Networking and Partnerships: introduce the agency to new networks and potential partnerships 
  • Increased Credibility: associate with reputable and respected individuals in our industry to gain credibility for the agency
  • New Business Leads: generate new leads for the agency through content, social media influence, and personal interactions
  • Loyalty and Retention: share positive experiences about the agency can to retain existing clients and encourage repeat business

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 1+ years of related work experience in an agency or similar setting working as a Brand Ambassador
  • Must have an understanding of the health and wellness industry in Southern California
  • Strong social media presence and be able to leverage followers to increase our brand’s visibility
  • Personal and professional connections that can open doors to opportunities that may not have been accessible otherwise
  • Be adaptable and innovative – as the digital marketing landscape evolves, strategies and content should too
  • Possesses a working knowledge of the digital landscape and is able to speak on services such as digital development, digital marketing, and consulting with confidence
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to be client-facing
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to manage a high-volume workload under strict deadlines
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment – will always follow up and follow through
