We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Client Success Manager to join our team at FitPros, a leading corporate wellness service provider! In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, ensuring they receive the best possible experience from our services.

As the Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout their wellness journey. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals and to develop/implement tailored wellness programs that meet their company’s unique needs.

In addition to working with our clients, you will also work closely with our internal teams, including our instructors, operations, and design teams to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality services and support. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our clients’ wellness programs, from building programming calendars, scheduling session logistics, and tracking progress, to providing ongoing support and encouragement.

  • Onboard and implement the client’s wellness program after the inside or outbound sales team secures the deal. 

  • Intake the clients’ ongoing program goals and communicate these effectively to the FitPros’ Community Manager and Wellness Coordinators.

  • Establish trust with clients and ensure a regular cadence of communication with them throughout their program engagement to ensure its success.

  • Develop a nuanced understanding of accounts to provide them with data-driven program recommendations. 

  • Measure the success of programs through KPIs and customer feedback, and report and discuss these results with the client to identify areas of improvement and additional sales opportunities.

  • Attend both virtual and onsite Wellness Events, Health Talks, and Fitness Classes occasionally to ensure FitPros’ culture and quality of service are being delivered.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Design, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to advocate for clients and drive the successful adoption of FitPros’ programs. 

  • Work closely with the Operations team to support strong relationships with key contacts in the wellness community in the interest of growing our Pro Roster.

  • Build out and improve upon Client Success frameworks. 

  • Create case studies based on your client’s success and other marketing and sales collateral to document best practices and support future sales



  • 3+ years of experience in a Client Success function with a track record of building trust systematically. You are viewed as a trusted advisor in account management situations and understand how to market to our target persona.

  • Well-versed in technology platforms including HubSpot, Asana, Airtable, and other tools. 

  • Experience interfacing with HR or wellness employees, insurance, brokers, carriers, etc. regularly. 

  • An understanding of how corporate benefits programs operate at a nuanced level. 

  • Experience making data-driven decisions and leveraging reports for storytelling. 

  • Fluency in modern project management tools and CRM solutions. 

  • Ability to maintain a flexible workstyle and responsive communication with clients and their corporate support teams.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and personalities with thoughtful urgency and respect.

  • Polished communication style with high EQ and strong relationship-building skills.
