The Director of Corporate, Executive and Wellness Programs Operations is charged with the responsibility of leading the activities related to the planning, execution, control, and evaluation of employer-based programs including the Wellness Program, the Executive Health Assessment Program, the Corporate Medicine Program (including Occupational Medicine, Travel Medicine, and other employer-purchased services) and Wellness Services. This position will work closely with the VP of Corporate Development and the Sales Team to drive growth into multiple revenue-generating marketing programs. The Director will act as the customer advocate, identifying methods and programs to optimize our client’s experience, while ensuring sound business economics in each program. The Director will possess a strong knowledge of relationship marketing, account management, and business development, as well as an in-depth understanding of clinic operations. Regular activities associated with this position will include gathering/analysis, new program implementation, strategic growth planning, and leading the teams required to implement programs on behalf of corporate and executive clients. Director will ensure that revenue and quality goals are attained for all programs.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or substitute equivalent years of management experience
  • 7 years of health care experience, 5 of which should be in a leadership position; 3 years of experience working with corporate clients and experience in the development of new programs.
  •  Strong written and verbal communications skills; strong project management and client service skills
  • Highly skilled at multi-tasking; goal-oriented and able to effectively deliver results for multiple priorities and projects 

Preferences include:

  • Master’s degree
  • 10 years healthcare experience, 7 of which should be in a leadership position; 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or program development
