We are currently seeking a District Manager to be based out of the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. The purpose of the position is to lead each site’s General Manager to superior performance, represent Plus One to the Client and assist them in the development of strategies and programs that positively impact their employees. The District Manager will be expected to meet revenue and profitability goals and analyze membership and other pertinent utilization statistics. Additional duties include working with Plus One Departmental Directors to facilitate site support, meeting annual goals and budgets for each site and participating as a member of the Senior Management Team.

A Bachelor of Science degree, with a thorough knowledge of health, fitness, exercise principles, exercise testing and evaluation, and wellness programming plus minimum five years experience in management is required. This management experience should include a working knowledge of sales and marketing. Plus One is looking for a great communicator, both oral and written. A creative thinking entrepreneur who is an independent worker and self-motivator. The District Manager will be a leader for his staff and for the company and a problem solver. Must have experience with customer service training and a great communicator. A thorough knowledge of people management, budgeting and customer service. Knowledge of Plus One businesses is highly recommended.
