Objective: To provide members with appropriate guidance, motivation, and necessary knowledge to exceed their goals. This is a group fitness class where the instructor is demonstrating in front and educating members about each exercise. Workouts include variations and combinations of Kickboxing, Cardio, TRX, Kettle-bells, and other equipment.
Necessary Skills: Member-oriented, confident, easy-going, motivational, clear pronunciation, smooth communication, polite, understanding of member needs, open to feedback both positive and negative, etc.
Experience: Preferred but not required.
