Health and Wellness Analyst
Reporting to the Manager, Health & Wellness Management, this role is primarily responsible for providing analysis, staff support and subject matter expertise in health care and pharmacy benefit plans and wellness programs, with a focus on in-depth analysis and proposing viable strategies designed to maximize the value of GW’s health and wellness benefit programs.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 2 years of relevant professional experience. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Degree in a related field and experience in employee benefit plans or wellness program administration.
