Human Resources Analyst-Wellness

The County of San Diego’s Department of Human Resources has a current opening for Human Resources Analyst-Wellness.

Annual Salary $62,400.00 – $87,588.80

This position reports to the Wellness Coordinator and assists in the development, design, implementation, evaluation, communication, metrics/analysis and day-to-day management of the County of San Diego Employee Wellness Program. In addition, this position acts as a champion and representative for wellness programs to improve the health of employees; creates high visibility and exciting programs and activities; develops strategies that lead to health and safety improvement initiatives and programming for employees; communicates and promotes health, wellness and safety by developing educational materials, conducts workshops and presentations, and organizes events; evaluates program effectiveness; and performs related work as required. 

Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or a certified foreign studies equivalency and three (3) years of professional human resources or related experience.

Notes:

A master’s degree from an accredited U.S. college or university, or a certified foreign studies equivalency in any of the fields described above may substitute for one (1) year of the required experience; or, additional years of experience as described above may be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
