Job Description:

The Lead Employee Wellbeing Program Management role focuses on empowering employees to strengthen their total wellbeing by identifying, promoting, and monitoring optimal benefits and programs that support our employees’ mental wellbeing, physical wellbeing, financial wellbeing and family and caregiver support.   A focus on DE&I, using data and careful analysis, leveraging technology, and simplification is essential for this role.  The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work through multiple priorities, is comfortable with both strategy and day-to-day administrative work, and has a passion for supporting employees’ wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

Employee wellbeing communications and promotions – Partner with internal and external resources to identify needs, design, and execute wellbeing communications and promotions using multiple modalities to ensure target program participation.   

Wellbeing vendor management – Build relationships with our broad network of wellbeing vendors.  Perform internal tasks for contracting and ongoing management.  Answer escalated employee questions and perform root cause analysis and resolution to resolve any ongoing issues.  Assess effectiveness of vendors and make recommendations for replacement or additional vendors, as needed. 

Onsite vendor management and support – Collaborate with onsite clinics, Discover dedicated EAP consultants, and other onsite support functions to ensure utilization, design and promote special events, and meet changing employee needs.  

Assess current programs and develop new programs as needed to meet needs of employees.  Conduct focus groups and partner with employee resource groups, HR, and business leaders to determine highlights and gaps in current programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, HR 
  • 4+ years of experience in Communication, Marketing Senior Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, Senior Benefits Analyst

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
