We are seeking acupuncturist with amazing bedside manner to join our supportive team environment. You must be a consummate team player, organized, flexible and adaptable, and have a positive attitude. 

This is a paid hourly position with competitive compensation. Highpoint offers an opportunity to grow with our company long term.  As part of our team, we provide an appointment allowance as well as the opportunity to attend brand partner events and other company perks.

Qualifications

  • NCCAOM Certification
  • Current State licensure (in good standing)
  • Practice liability insurance 1M / 3M minimum
  • Current CPR certification a plus

FRONT DESK STAFF:

We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, and hardworking individuals to join our operations team as front desk staff members. We are looking for people eager to get in on the ground floor of a new acupuncture health and wellness company.  

This is a paid hourly position with the opportunity to grow with our company long term. All roles will start part-time and have the ability to flex to a full time role as we expand. As part of our team, we provide an appointment allowance as well as the opportunity to attend brand partner events.

Responsibilities

  • Provide best-in-class customer service to our clients in person, over email, and on the phone
  • Support acupuncturists and ensure a seamless and successful check in and check out experience
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with a high level of professionalism
  • Assist with operational tasks and projects
  • Assist with organizing supplies and light cleaning 

Qualifications

  • Friendly and service-oriented
  • Passionate about health and wellness and eager to learn more
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem solve, with the maturity to know when to escalate any issues that arise
  • Bias towards action and constantly looking for ways to improve
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience
  • Must have the ability to work a non-traditional schedule with shifts that may include early mornings, midday hours, late evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing for long periods of time, sitting, constantly walking, squatting, stooping, reaching, bending above and below shoulder height and lifting up to 30lbs at a time
