Sales Representative
Highly regarded, 34-year-old Health & Wellness company in Farmington Hills is looking to hire a salesperson. Our clients include companies, hospitals, unions, MCOs, colleges, and the government. We offer a friendly, small office environment that encourages professional growth, employee development and an opportunity for success.
Employees in this position are responsible for selling the company’s products and services by developing new clients and maintaining existing ones. This is both an inside and outside sales position.
Candidate Requirements:
– Successful business-to-business sales experience for a minimum of 3 years
– Excellent telephone skills
– Highly effective at building relationships
– Experience working in a CRM
– Must have in depth knowledge of Microsoft office suite
– Ability to write business emails and letters
– Must be friendly, motivated and a self-starter
– Contacts with existing Benefits, Human Resources and/or Wellness Managers is a huge plus
– Experience with the benefits industry is also a plus
