YOUR ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced sales guru who’s passionate about helping people find health and happiness while contributing to FitPros business growth. This position is built for someone with a killer work ethic and is capable of following through on big accounts with little direction. Ideal candidates have prior experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously and are comfortable analyzing data to make strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate will have an existing book of corporate contacts with HR/ benefits and broker decision-makers. We’re looking for someone with experience working on custom partnerships, and excited to positively impact the lives of millions in a highly visible new business development role.

Your primary role will be to own FitPros’ large-scale employer relationships for the entire life cycle, from outreach and initial development through contract renewal. You will be expected to develop brand new business opportunities that lead to increased sales as well as foster existing accounts and ensure their continued engagement. You’ll be responsible for partnering with these companies to build customized launch plans that resonate with their employee populations and drive program adoption and engagement. You’ll work alongside the HR Manager and brokers to learn the needs of their clients, and then design and implement an integrated wellness program that will help them recruit and retain high-caliber staff.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Leverage your existing knowledge of the health and wellness industry to develop new business leads that contribute to the company’s bottom line revenue

  • Manage an ever-growing portfolio of 30+ accounts, serving as the face of FitPros for our customers

  • Build and manage relationships with a broad range of global stakeholders including Benefit Managers, HR Executives, Brokerage firms, and the wellness community at large

  • Partner with clients to define and execute a custom wellness program that integrates within their broader benefit offerings

  • Convert these clients into FitPros champions, leveraging their success for references and case studies

  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that inform the growth and long-term success of the partnership

  • Use account data from feedback forms to present to your clients on a regular cadence to be mindful of their engagement metrics, and advise on opportunities to increase engagement as needed

  • Drive success intangible metrics (e.g. improved wellness outcomes, benefits, retention, and renewals, or product expansion)

  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals with the support of the sales and operations team

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to advocate for clients and drive successful adoption of FitPros programs as well as support the creation and implementation of new program solutions

  • Work closely with our Operations team to support strong relationships with key contacts in the wellness community in the interest of growing and improving our FitPros’ Roster

  • Utilize data to help quantify FitPros value proposition to property management groups, conferences, brokers, and corporate clients

  • Collaborate with the team to create an ongoing sales email campaign to target dormant clients and prospects

  • Keep your Contact and Company account profiles up to date within HubSpot, and follow our Asana Project convention after selling a program 

  • Efficiently create quotes, invoices, and deals using HubSpot and Quickbooks while keeping the “Deal Flow” up to date 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 years of consulting, strategy, or business development in wellbeing initiatives that impact large scale populations 

  • B2B sales and/or client management in the health insurance or broker space

  • The ideal candidate has an intimate understanding of the needs of a corporate benefits team (our clients)

  • Maintain a flexible workstyle and responsive communications to ensure the highest level of service for client’s needs and communicating with their corporate support team 

  • Excitement for tackling and building processes around new challenges: you enjoy problem-solving, have a keen attention to detail, and are motivated to drive ongoing team improvement

  • High EQ, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, polished communications, and a proven track record of success with strategic account management

  • Engaging presentation skills, self-starter, and reliable team player with the ability to lead strategic projects on time with high visibility

  • Thrive in a rapidly changing environment, and successfully manage multiple projects and personalities with a balance of thoughtful urgency and respect

  • Wizard using Asana for project management, and HubSpot for CRM and deal flow tracking

  • Experience and comfort using data to share insights and make actionable recommendations

  • The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and demonstrated initiative and independence

  • A sincere interest in and empathy for your clients and co-workers

  • Passion for our mission and understanding of the wellbeing/benefits space

  • Intellectually curious, a fast learner who is self-motivated, a strong communicator, and passionate about health

  • Comfortable and familiar with working in a sales role on commissions. The role will receive a base with no cap on commissions.
