Wellness Administrator

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Wellness Administrator based in our Irvine, CA offices. The Wellness Administrator will assist in the creation and administration of wellness programs as well as company benefits programs.They will function as a liaison between vendors and associates and develop wellness content and activities for associates.They will also advise associates on eligibility, coverage, and other benefits matters.

Work Schedule + Benefits

· Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.

· Department needs may call for occasional overtime

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

· Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or equivalent designation a plus.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience creating and managing corporate-based wellness programs

· Knowledge of corporate health and welfare employee benefit plans

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·Education:BS in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related major required.
