Wellness Program Performance Guarantee Manager

The StayWell Company is looking for a Performance Guarantee Manager to join our St. Paul, Minnesota team. The Guarantee Manager will oversee, implement and lead the development of client contract guarantee strategies and methodologies. The successful candidate will:

• Develop, implement and manage an enterprise-wide process to track and report operational performance guarantees
• Work with operational leadership to build strong partnerships and present value proposition to ensure ownership, engagement and commitment to the process
• Develop, deploy and manage a data governance process to ensure the integrity of how data is reported for operational performance guarantees
• Lead efforts to define standard operational performance guarantees
• Evaluate proposed performance guarantees on new business and existing business opportunities
• Manage internal review process for proposed non-standard guarantees
• Benchmark operational performance guarantees against industry standards
• Assist business units in monitoring client progress on achievement of performance guarantees
• Update and maintain performance guarantee documentation and training
• Implement improvements and or enhancements for attaining performance guarantees
• Identify opportunities and lead projects to streamline the performance guarantee calculation, monitoring, and historical tracking process

A Bachelors degree or Masters will be required and six (6) or more years of applicable experience will help get the job done.
