The Buyer’s Guide is a digital, interactive publication that features a catalogue of vendors we recommend to our members when looking for a wellness partner. It is made avaiable to approximately 4,000 WELCOA members and the WELCOA community each year to help them shop our Premier Providers.

1. Ad Dimensions
   • 11” x 17” PLUS 1/8” (.125 inches) bleed—recommended margin 1/2” (.5 inches)
   • Finished size of ad with bleeds should equate to 11.25″ x 17.25″

2. File Format and Image Specifications
   • Packaged InDesign file or print-optimized PDF accepted
     (Word, Quark, Publisher, Pagemaker or Quark files will not be accepted)
   • All supporting files must be included (images, videos, audio clips, fonts, colors, etc.).
   • Images must be at 100% of size, atleast 300 DPI, and in CMYK (any RGB images will be converted)
   • Fonts must be embedded or saved as “outlines”
