WELCOA Special Event
Leadership Strategies for Workplace Wellness Success
JUNE 29, 2022
1:00 – 3:00 PM CT
Free to attend

Organizational structure directly reflects a company’s broader priorities and long-term strategies for business success.

Many companies are moving in the direction of strategically aligning departments to bring to life a shared vision for the future of work. Executive leaders and well-being professionals are invited to learn what is at stake when the company’s well-being strategy is siloed and how to amplify and enable departments who are already doing great work in their organizations.

In this pivotal moment of disruption that is reshaping the future of work, leaders have a unique opportunity to reexamine corporate wellness.

Spark a conversation.
Invite your executive leadership team.

Objectives:

  • Learn how to make well-being a business priority and empower well-being professionals in their role as they exist today
  • Re-define well-being at the organizational level by understanding how a company’s success is directly related to well-being
  • Unpack the challenges and costs organizations face when well-being is not given a seat at the c-suite table
  • Learn how to design your roadmap for change that will positively impact the operational measures that your company uses to define success (revenue, profit, employee retention rate, diversity, productivity, engagement, absenteeism/presenteeism, burnout, resilience, etc.)
  • Gain tactical guidance for leaders to learn how to support wellness professionals
