Wellness Council of America Announces New Director for Board of Directors

Reilly Brings 20 Years of Corporate Well-Being Consulting to WELCOA

OMAHA, Neb. — The Wellness Council of America (WELCOA), a non-profit organization and resource for workplace wellness, announced the appointment of a new director to its Board.

“WELCOA is always searching for new talent who can speak to the consultant and broker world as well as provide a fresh perspective beyond traditional wellness”, said Ryan Picarella, CEO of WELCOA. “Colleen has worked with some of the country’s best organizations on their wellness strategies, been a successful entrepreneur and is now involved in cutting edge research and education.”

Reilly has been a thought leader in the corporate wellness industry for over twenty years and spent time at Accenture, Coors Brewing Company, Mayo Clinic and Nelnet. Reilly founded Total Well-Being in 2008, one of the nation’s leading providers of corporate well-being consulting and engagement software solutions. Some of her clients included the State of Arizona, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Molson Coors and Keurig Green Mountain.

Reilly holds a bachelor’s degree in Combined Science from Santa Clara University and both a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science Management with an emphasis in sports and wellness management from the University of Denver. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Business Administration with a focus on Wellbeing and the Employee Experience at the University of Denver. Reilly currently leads well-being at the University of Denver where she focuses on creating and supporting the healthiest campus in the US for students/faculty/staff and community.
